Hilltop Plaza

Hilltop Plaza, located at 11978 - 11982 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044, was acquired in 2023. The purchase included a vacant Kmart and Sports Authority, totaling 158,000 SF. A full redevelopment of the center is underway to make room for a new mix of national retailers. El Morelia Super Mercado, a renowned family-owned Mexican-South American grocery store recently moved into a 42,000 SF space and are scheduled to open in September of 2024.
