On February 17th, 2019 our Content Care Center and warehouse were destroyed in a fire. Finding a temporary home to set up operations and a new headquarters was critical for our business and the customers that depend us.
After several unsuccessful attempts to find the right property, we reached out to Savoy. In less than 90 days their team had us in a temporary facility that met our special needs and requirements. In 18 months, they had us in our new headquarters.
The team at Savoy leveraged their business, real estate and government contacts along with their knowledge and expertise to negotiate a deal on the right property, navigate complex legal arrangements and secure the needed municipal clearances.
