In an effort to accommodate a company outgrowing theirfacility, Savoy purchased this office and industrial building from the Tenantand leased back the property to them until they were able to move into a largerbuilding. After the expiration of the leaseback, Savoy leased the building toanother Tenant with a similar need for flexibility and a short term lease.
