Savoy worked with the tenant to identify a standalone building suitable to a specific medical use. We purchased a vacant auto worker’s union hall and facilitated a gut renovation to include meeting space, counseling offices and additional medical-use space. We did a long-term lease with the tenant for their ongoing non-for-profit operation.
