Barrett Station

Purchased as part of a three-property portfolio, Savoy simultaneously sold two and held on to one property. Savoy recognized an opportunity to renovate this property. Renovations included paint and other updates in existing suites, a 20 foot monument sign on Manchester Road, a newly-implemented landscape plan and a new parking lot. The new overhaul helped stabilized existing tenants.
