Savoy was working with an orthodontist to find a new office for her new practice. While the initial requirement was to lease an office suite, Savoy created an opportunity to purchase an outdated medical office building and partnered with the doctor and her husband to acquire and renovate the property to fit their needs. Renovations included a new roof, HVAC systems, updates to the lobby, common areas, new interior suite signage and monument signage. At the time of purchase, the building was 55% occupied. The building is now 100% occupied and stabilized with long term leases.
