Savoy Properties Brokers Sale of 79,000 SF Portfolio
Savoy Properties represented Barrett Station Partners LLC in the purchase of three multi-tenant commercial buildings from TMC Realty Group for $7 million in February 2015.
The Milton Building, 2025 S Brentwood Blvd is a fully-leased 25,000 SF suburban office building with high visibility and easy access to major interstates and arterial roads. Major tenants include: Altair Travel and Cruise and American Concrete. Savoy Properties will act as leasing agent and Iremco, Inc. will continue to manage the building.
Olivette Shopping Center, 9435 Olive Blvd is a 28,000 SF multi-tenant retail strip center. Built in 1985, the Property maintains consistent occupancy with major tenants such as Family Dollar and I Love Mr. Sushi. Shortly after the purchase, Barrett Station Partners LLC sold the property to Olivette Center LLC.
Barrett Station Shopping Center, 2115 Barrett Station Rd is a 26,000 SF multi-tenant retail strip center. Located along the Manchester Road retail corridor, Barrett Station Shopping Center features an excellent location with high visibility. Major tenants include: Gateway Metro Credit Union and Saffron Indian Cuisine. Savoy Properties will act as leasing agent and Iremco, Inc. will continue to manage the building.
